Refound Policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the package.

Urban Football is committed to offering unique, high-quality products. All our items are printed and packaged on demand, making each order customised. For this reason, each return or refund request must be assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds attributable to the customer will not be accepted, such as:

  • Choosing the wrong size
  • Changing your mind after placing your order
  • Entering the wrong address or shipping details

We encourage you to carefully review all information before finalising your purchase. Each product has a size guide, please review it carefully before ordering.

Size Exchange
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you may request a return within 14 days. We will provide you with a discount code, and you will be able to reorder the shirt for £15. We kindly ask you to carefully review the size chart before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Complaints should be sent by email to our customer service department, attaching the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the outer packaging (including the shipping label)
  • Description of the problem encountered

Our team will evaluate the complaint and, if approved, will offer a 100% discount code to reorder the shirt at no additional cost.

Exceptions and Customer Responsibility
We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delayed shipments due to the courier or customs
  • Orders not collected or rejected by the recipient
  • Losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

In these cases, no refund will be granted.

Order Cancellation

Each order is processed automatically as soon as it is received. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once the purchase has been completed.
